Shipping & Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped
Axonscape Tech (“Axonscape”) sells only digital subscriptions to online software (such as Launchpad). There are no physical goods, so there’s no shipping, no shipping charge and no delivery address needed.
How and when you get access
- Immediately: your paid plan is active on your account as soon as the payment succeeds, usually within a minute.
- Confirmation: you receive a payment receipt by email, and the plan shows in the product’s Billing page.
- Where: the products are online services, available worldwide wherever the internet reaches.
If access doesn’t start
If you’ve paid but your plan isn’t active after 24 hours, email hello@axonscape.com with the payment ID from your receipt. We’ll activate it within 2 working days, or refund the payment in full under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
